About 
Growing up in an artistic and musical family, I have always been an artist. From creative art classes in elementary school, through an art degree focusing on pastels, charcoal drawings, oil paintings, art history as well as a biology degree; I have truly felt a career in the arts and nature as my calling. It is a genuine representation of feeling that I find the need to preserve, plain and simple. As a biology graduate I was given the experience not only to appreciate nature, but also to look beyond the beauty and to investigate a scientific vision. My education has truly given me the opportunity to see life through a deeper prism into something so beautiful as the unknown. My past and future commitment to self-learning is a passion that will never cease, and I am truly amazed by how both humanity and the natural world continue to teach and inspire all of us. I have weathered the trials of an artistic journey to discovery and sincerely believe a true artist will find and develop their own special voice. While I continue to unveil and grow in my personal voice, I am truly blessed to be able to share and capture special moments in time. It is my hope that while attempting to preserve this beauty from God, I will continue to view each day in awe and amazement.
